Démographie arctique

Distribution de la population et peuples indigènes en Arctique.

Notez qu’excepté pour le Groenland et le Nord du Canada, les peuples indigènes forment des minorités, même s’ils sont en majorité dans certaines communautés locales. Ils sont donc particulièrement vulnérables à l’augmentation de l’immigration par les peuples non-indigènes induite par le développement industriel, et à la compétition croissante sur les ressources.
